Rancho Llano could not have been a more magical and elegant place for us to get married - all of our family and friends could not stop commenting on what a beautiful site it was. The personal touches and attention you gave to us throughout the process were more than we ever expected. You were very open to the idea of a Hindu ceremony and despite several unique needs, you found a way to make it all come together, seamlessly piecing together a Western and Eastern ceremony, and with so much sensitivity to the customs and personalities of our respective families.

Throughout the months of planning, your perspective and assistance were invaluable. Having the site available to us the entire week before our wedding was a major stress reliever for us as well as for our parents! In the process of working with you, we were able to take care of every logistic from ceremony-related details, to set-up of our reception, with all the heavy lifting having been done for us by the week of the wedding. Truly, I do not believe we would have gotten half of the attention to detail and dedication had we hired a private wedding coordinator or utilized the standard coordinators that many sites offer as part of their package. You (and all of your staff) were great to work with and we could not think of a better place to have started our life together as a married couple.

Notes from Kathy to anyone looking for a wedding location.
After viewing the ranch online, we decided to make an appointment with Suzanne to discuss the possibility of having our wedding there. Upon meeting Suzanne and Groovy Boy (the ranch Labradoodle dog) we booked our date immediately. We never even thought about viewing any other possibilities. When you book your wedding at Rancho Llano de Los Robles, you will gain your own personal wedding coordinator! The word that describes Suzanne and the success of her weddings is ~detail ~ she goes out of her way to accommodate all and knows your needs even before you anticipate them. All of her staff and any vendor she recommends are professional but friendly, making you and your guests feel right at home. Accommodating us by having all the staff and vendors dress in Hawaiian attire, the day of our event, when we arrived we were more surprised and delighted than we could have ever dreamed of! Their professionalism and joy in what they offer is evident. It doesn't get any better than Rancho Llano de Los Robles.

We just can't even begin to thank you for everything you did to make Katie & Michael's wedding so perfect!!  You two are amazing. People are still calling us & telling us that it was the best wedding they'd every been to and your place was the most beautiful ever!! Katie & Michael summed it up when they said it looked "MAGICAL"
We also noticed all the little extras you did like putting the ribbon on the flower girls basket, the "Just Hitched" sign that Renee' made up at the last minute for Katie. My daughter's wedding was on Saturday, June 16, 2007 and my phone has been ringing off the hook with guests telling me it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended.  The day was magical, almost like a fairytale wedding. The photos on the website can't even come close to depicting the serenity and beauty of the property. As you are coming down the road you realize quickly you are venturing into a secret and special place filled with every color of the rainbow. When we passed through the gates we saw a baby bunny hopping along the fresh mowed lawns just as we had a year before when we decided to have the wedding here.

My daughter and son-in-law couldn't have been more pleased. We had given them a budget to work with and told them to start looking for a venue. When they saw the Rancho Llano de Los Robles they both agreed there was no point in looking further. The gracious hosts,  Miguel and Suzanne Figueroa, even offered to have them come back to their home to give them free dance lessons before the wedding. We served champagne, beer and wine, so Miguel did the bartending. He's very handsome so be sure to tell the single ladies, he's already taken.

A couple of things people don't think about when they choose a venue  is the "noise" and "stress" factor. The Rancho Llano de Los Robles is far from any roads and during the wedding ceremony the only background sound you will hear is the calm whisper of trickling water. Guaranteed you will hear both the bride's and groom's vows. The second thing is what is included from tables to linens to salt and pepper shakers? It never dawned on me that the staff would be so professionally dressed. All in black pants and white shirts, first class, just like in a fancy restaurant! Suzanne is really on the ball. You can tell she loves weddings and  is very organized and interested in every detail making sure your wedding is stress-free and absolutely perfect. The bridesmaids kept commenting on how calm and collected the bride and I were. We were. We knew Miguel, Suzanne and all their staff were taking care of everything. Our job was to enjoy the day and we did just that!

They treated my daughter like a princess. The bride and bridesmaids had a woman assigned just to them standing in the hallway waiting on them, bringing an iron, hair dryer, more champagne, trays of ice water, whatever was needed. I was even treated like "Queen for the Day" by Suzanne. She offered and brought me my dinner plate, then my mother (the grandmother of the bride) who used a cane so we could sit and relax. How thoughtful was that? Then later in the evening she showed up with a large mug of coffee piled high with whipped cream for myself, then my husband. How did she know this was our favorite treat? Had someone told her?

Amazing! Unbelievable! Magical! Walking paths to stroll with your lover. If you'd ever pictured what the "Garden of Eden" was like, or "My Secret Garden"...  I was in the wedding business for over 8 years before moving to San Luis Obispo and  I can't say enough. Suzanne and Miguel, it just doesn't get better than this!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
